Our Floral Moisturizing Gift Set brings together Monoï, Lavender, Lily of the Valley and Jasmin, each bar handcrafted in a small village in the South of France with 72% organic olive oil, organic shea butter and pure essential oils from Grasse.

Triple milled for a rich, creamy lather that nourishes as it cleanses. The set moves through the day with you: Lavender for calm mornings, Lily of the Valley for bright afternoons, Jasmin for the soft in-between, and Monoï for warm evenings that ask for something a little more indulgent. Each bar is individually wrapped and arrives in an elegant gift box, ready to give as it is.

Every bar is vegetable dyed with Mediterranean Sea Clay, no synthetic coloring.

We want you to love your Averal Provence soaps. If something isn't right, here's how we'll make it right.

RETURN WINDOW
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
Because our soaps are personal care products, all returned items must be unused and in their original condition — unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept opened or used soaps, gift sets with any bar unwrapped, or items returned without their original packaging.

Items that arrive opened or used are not eligible for a refund. For hygiene reasons we are unable to mail these items back, and they will be discarded.

RETURN SHIPPING
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend a trackable service, as we cannot issue a refund for a return we do not receive. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we cover it completely — at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@averalprovence.com with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping. You will not be asked to pay the cost of return shipping in these cases.
