Romantic, sweet and timeless. Our Jasmin French bar soap is made with pure jasmine essential oil, one of the most prized floral notes in French perfumery, for a soft scent that stays with skin through the day.
It is triple-milled in Provence, like every one of our French milled bar soaps: milled three times, then pressed into a dense bar that keeps its jasmine scent for 4 to 6 weeks of daily use.

We want you to love your Averal Provence soaps. If something isn't right, here's how we'll make it right.
RETURN WINDOW
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
Because our soaps are personal care products, all returned items must be unused and in their original condition — unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept opened or used soaps, gift sets with any bar unwrapped, or items returned without their original packaging.
Items that arrive opened or used are not eligible for a refund. For hygiene reasons we are unable to mail these items back, and they will be discarded.
RETURN SHIPPING
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend a trackable service, as we cannot issue a refund for a return we do not receive. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we cover it completely — at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@averalprovence.com with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping. You will not be asked to pay the cost of return shipping in these cases.
