Our Je t'aime French Bar Soap is triple milled with 72% organic olive oil, shea butter, and glycerin — infused with romantic jasmine essential oil from the South of France. Rich, creamy lather that cleanses deeply while leaving a soft, lingering fragrance.

Triple milling is essential to Averal's quality. Three rounds of pressing create a denser, longer-lasting bar that holds the jasmine fragrance for weeks. Each bar lasts 4 to 6 weeks of daily use — and the scent stays with skin gently throughout the day, never overwhelming.

We want you to love your Averal Provence soaps. If something isn't right, here's how we'll make it right.
RETURN WINDOW
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
Because our soaps are personal care products, all returned items must be unused and in their original condition — unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept opened or used soaps, gift sets with any bar unwrapped, or items returned without their original packaging.
Items that arrive opened or used are not eligible for a refund. For hygiene reasons we are unable to mail these items back, and they will be discarded.
RETURN SHIPPING
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend a trackable service, as we cannot issue a refund for a return we do not receive. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we cover it completely — at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@averalprovence.com with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping. You will not be asked to pay the cost of return shipping in these cases.
