Our Lavender Exfoliating French Bar Soap features real lavender buds embedded in a creamy bar made with 72% organic olive oil and pure lavender essential oil from Grasse. Triple milled in Provence for a rich lather with gentle natural exfoliation that smooths and refreshes skin.

The calming scent of lavender combined with skin-renewing exfoliation — a perfect bedtime ritual.

Triple milling makes the difference. Three rounds of pressing create a denser, harder bar with embedded lavender buds that release more oils and exfoliating texture as you use it. One bar lasts 4 to 6 weeks of daily use — gently smoothing skin with every wash.

We want you to love your Averal Provence soaps. If something isn't right, here's how we'll make it right.

RETURN WINDOW
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
Because our soaps are personal care products, all returned items must be unused and in their original condition — unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept opened or used soaps, gift sets with any bar unwrapped, or items returned without their original packaging.

Items that arrive opened or used are not eligible for a refund. For hygiene reasons we are unable to mail these items back, and they will be discarded.

RETURN SHIPPING
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend a trackable service, as we cannot issue a refund for a return we do not receive. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we cover it completely — at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@averalprovence.com with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping. You will not be asked to pay the cost of return shipping in these cases.

I usually buy the exfoliating lavender soap. It is bubbly, well scented, soft, and luxurious. It’s a big bar, and so it lasts for a pretty long time. I have also tried jasmine equally nice. Now looking forward to receiving, and trying my lotus flower soap.

The first two times I ordered the lavender soap it was amazing. I just ordered more, it came in smelling like strong flowers. Apparently, different batches produce different smells. For that reason, I won’t be purchasing anymore.

I am so sorry to report that the 4 soaps that I ordered were damaged in shipping! The flimsy plastic bag that they were shipped in looked like it was run over by a truck! The paper box was crushed and every individual brown box was smashed and forced open at one end. All of the bars had broken corners and soap dust and flakes all over the packages. I was going to use these soaps as party favors at a Birthday tea. I can't do that now and have been forced to find four different gifts.
I know that your soaps are the best! I love them and wanted to share them as gifts for friends. Now I have 4 bars of broken up bars that I will use myself. Rethink your packaging???? Lorrie Devine
