Our Lily of the Valley French Bar Soap captures the soft, dewy fragrance of muguet — the beloved springtime flower of France. Made with 72% organic olive oil and triple milled in Provence for an exceptionally creamy lather that cleanses gently while leaving a clean, slightly sweet floral scent on skin.
Lily of the valley is the traditional gift of May 1st in France — now in a bar you can use every day.
Triple milling is what makes Averal soaps special. Three rounds of pressing create a denser, harder bar that holds the delicate muguet fragrance through 4 to 6 weeks of daily use. The scent stays fresh and bright — never fading or turning soapy as ordinary soaps do.

We want you to love your Averal Provence soaps. If something isn't right, here's how we'll make it right.
RETURN WINDOW
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
Because our soaps are personal care products, all returned items must be unused and in their original condition — unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept opened or used soaps, gift sets with any bar unwrapped, or items returned without their original packaging.
Items that arrive opened or used are not eligible for a refund. For hygiene reasons we are unable to mail these items back, and they will be discarded.
RETURN SHIPPING
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend a trackable service, as we cannot issue a refund for a return we do not receive. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we cover it completely — at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@averalprovence.com with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping. You will not be asked to pay the cost of return shipping in these cases.
