Pure, serene and quietly luxurious. Our Lotus Flower French bar soap carries the clean, delicate scent of lotus blossom, for skin that feels fresh rather than perfumed.

Like all our French milled bar soaps, it is triple-milled in Provence: the soap is milled three times, then pressed into a dense bar that holds its soft lotus scent through 4 to 6 weeks of daily use.

RETURN WINDOW
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
Because our soaps are personal care products, all returned items must be unused and in their original condition — unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept opened or used soaps, gift sets with any bar unwrapped, or items returned without their original packaging.

Items that arrive opened or used are not eligible for a refund. For hygiene reasons we are unable to mail these items back, and they will be discarded.

RETURN SHIPPING
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend a trackable service, as we cannot issue a refund for a return we do not receive. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we cover it completely — at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@averalprovence.com with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping. You will not be asked to pay the cost of return shipping in these cases.

I usually buy the exfoliation lavender soap, but on this order I still bought the lavender, but tried the lotus flower soap. I’m so glad I did. It feels so much luxurious since it is creamy, and has a beautiful lasting fragrance every time it is used. I will soon be placing my order for my two most favorite ones at least for now.
