We want you to love your Averal Provence soaps. If something isn't right, here's how we'll make it right.

RETURN WINDOW
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
Because our soaps are personal care products, all returned items must be unused and in their original condition — unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept opened or used soaps, gift sets with any bar unwrapped, or items returned without their original packaging.

Items that arrive opened or used are not eligible for a refund. For hygiene reasons we are unable to mail these items back, and they will be discarded.

RETURN SHIPPING
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend a trackable service, as we cannot issue a refund for a return we do not receive. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we cover it completely — at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@averalprovence.com with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping. You will not be asked to pay the cost of return shipping in these cases.

The packaging is lovely, but I was not able to use the soap. I didn't realize the smell would be so strong, and I had an allergic reaction to it. If you are someone who is sensitive to perfume, I wouldn't recommend this - if you aren't, please purchase! I gave it to a friend and she is in love!!

Great product, great service. I messaged for a custom order and seller told me to purchase this listing, then message with the soaps I wanted to include. I did, then seller sent out the package. When I received the order, the package included the soaps from this listing, not the ones I requested. I messaged seller about the mix up, and they sent me the soaps I originally requested for free! They replied immediately and I received the correct package in a timely manner. I am so appreciative and I love the product I received. They lather well, and smell great. My skin is left feeling soft after use. I recommend!
