Our Olive Oil Soap Bar is the essence of Provence soap making. Built on 72% organic olive oil with organic shea butter, and triple milled in the South of France for an exceptionally rich, creamy lather that cleanses gently while leaving skin soft.
The scent is gentle, and it comes from essential oils from Grasse. Nothing loud, and nothing that competes with your perfume.
Triple milling is what gives this bar its character. Three rounds of pressing create a denser, harder bar that lasts 4 to 6 weeks of daily use, and produces the kind of creamy lather you only get from a true olive oil soap. The simplicity is the point.
Every bar keeps the glycerin that forms while the soap is made. Most commercial soap has that glycerin taken out and sold on separately. Keeping it is what leaves skin feeling softer after a wash instead of tight.

We want you to love your Averal Provence soaps. If something isn't right, here's how we'll make it right.

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
Because our soaps are personal care products, all returned items must be unused and in their original condition — unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept opened or used soaps, gift sets with any bar unwrapped, or items returned without their original packaging.
Items that arrive opened or used are not eligible for a refund. For hygiene reasons we are unable to mail these items back, and they will be discarded.
RETURN SHIPPING
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend a trackable service, as we cannot issue a refund for a return we do not receive. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we cover it completely — at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@averalprovence.com with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping. You will not be asked to pay the cost of return shipping in these cases.

Thank you for inquiring about my opinion. I have used each soap a couple times and thus far I am satisfied. I really enjoy the lather and the clean, none drying feel of each of the two I ordered. I normally choose soaps with no fragrance and both of these soaps have a faint, clean soapy fragrance that I am getting use to. I may need a little more time before I can honestly recommend these soaps are worth the price point.
This is my favorite soap, wonderful for sensitive skin.
